Abstract

The application or implementation of the Arabic language curriculum in educational units is a curriculum development process. In the process of developing the Arabic curriculum, it is necessary to improve the syllabus from one condition to a better condition. To achieve the objectives of learning Arabic which is planned by an educational institution, of course, a good management of Arabic learning is needed and in accordance with the understanding of management itself which includes planning, organizing, implementing or directing, monitoring or evaluating. This article explaine the planning, implementation and evaluation in integrating the typical school curriculum and the national curriculum at Al Gontory Elementary School and Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah Elementary School Tulungagung. The approach used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. Data collection methods used are participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses an inductive method with steps consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Result is: 1) Arabic teaching planning, namely: analyzing the needs and priorities of teaching Arabic, meeting with all teachers to prepare the curriculum at the beginning of the new school year, compiling Arabic books as teaching materials in class, analyzing Arabic books to Arabic language experts and correcting them , implementation of Arabic books in Arabic teaching. 2) The application of Arabic learning by looking at the development of the annual program and semester program that has been prepared by the school, so that it can be seen that in one year there are 48 JP, and for each semester there are 24 JP, so the application means one meeting per week, and for each meeting it is estimated 70 minutes (2 JP). /35 x 2). As for linguistic activities, as well as for additional lessons, its implementation means in accordance with the schedule that has been discussed and decided beforehand. 3) Several evaluations have been carried out, namely: formative evaluation (classroom review), final evaluation (half year and end of year), evaluation during the learning process.
